At Boleirama we partner with trusted carriers and optimize logistics to deliver your order quickly and safely. This policy details shipping regions, times, fees, procedures, and your consumer rights.
1. Regions served
We ship internationally to most countries. Restrictions may apply for certain regions due to customs, sanctions, or carrier limitations. Check at checkout to confirm shipping availability to your address.
2. Processing time
Orders are prepared for shipment 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders with customization (names, numbers, patches) add 2-4 extra business days for production.

3. Shipping methods
We offer multiple options at checkout depending on your region:
- Standard Shipping — economical, tracked
- Express Shipping — faster, tracked with priority handling
- Priority Shipping — fastest option (select countries only)
Carriers used include: DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, DPD, GLS, Correios, Jadlog, and other regional partners, chosen automatically based on your destination.

Note: times may be extended due to customs processing, peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday), severe weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.
5. Free shipping
Free shipping thresholds vary by country and are shown dynamically at checkout when your cart meets the minimum. Some bulky or fragile items may be excluded (indicated on the product page).
6. Tracking
Once shipped, you receive:
- Email with tracking number and direct link to carrier site
- SMS/WhatsApp updates (if authorized at checkout)
- Always available at https://mv4a1a-rh.com.br/account
First tracking update may take up to 48h after dispatch — this is normal.
7. Customs and import duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. Key points:
- We declare the actual product value on customs forms — we cannot mark items as "gift" or undervalue
- Each country has different rules and thresholds (some allow low-value exemptions)
- Payment of duties is required before the carrier releases the package
- Boleirama is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering
8. Incorrect address or failed delivery
8.1. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and accessible delivery address. Errors may cause:
- Package return to sender (new shipment charged separately)
- Significant delays
- In extreme cases, loss of package (not covered by Boleirama if due to address error)
8.2. In case of recipient absence:
- Most carriers attempt 2-3 redelivery attempts
- After failed attempts, package goes to local depot/post office for pickup
- If not collected in time, package returns to our warehouse
9. Delays due to external factors
Boleirama is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier strikes or operational issues
- Severe weather events
- Customs processing times
- Road blockages, public manifestations, government actions
- Pandemics and public health emergencies
We maintain proactive communication and seek alternatives whenever possible.
10. Damaged or lost packages
10.1 Package arrived damaged (visible damage to box or product):
- Refuse the delivery whenever possible
- If accepted, photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt
- Email evidence to suporte@boleirama.com with order number
- We initiate replacement or full refund procedure
10.2 Lost package (no tracking updates for 7+ business days):
- Email suporte@boleirama.com with order number
- We open an investigation with the carrier
- If confirmed lost, we ship a replacement or issue full refund within 10 business days of confirmation
11. Returns
11.1 Right of withdrawal
- EU / UK: 14 days from delivery (per EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) — no reason needed
- US: 30 days from delivery (our policy, not statutory)
- Brazil: 7 days from delivery (per CDC Art. 49)
- Rest of world: 14 days from delivery (our policy)
11.2 Conditions
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
- Customized items (with custom names, numbers, or patches) are excluded per consumer law
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the product was defective
11.3 How to initiate
Email suporte@boleirama.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason
- Photos (especially for defects)
We respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Boleirama issues the refund within 2 business days of return approval. The timeline above is from the moment your bank / provider receives the refund request.
