9. Returns, refunds, and warranty

9.1. Right of withdrawal:

• EU / UK: 14 days from delivery (per EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
• US: 30 days from delivery (our policy)
• Brazil: 7 days from delivery (per CDC Art. 49)

Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

9.2. Manufacturing warranty: 90 days from delivery date against manufacturing defects.

9.3. Customized products (with custom names, numbers, patches) are excluded from the right of withdrawal but covered by the manufacturing warranty.
