Are the products authentic?
Yes — 100%. Every item sold by Boleirama is genuine, sourced directly from authorized suppliers and licensed manufacturers. We never sell replicas or counterfeits.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a detailed size chart with measurements in centimeters and inches (chest, length, sleeve). Measurements are taken with the garment flat, not stretched.

Do products have warranty?
Yes — 90-day manufacturing warranty from delivery date. If you spot a defect:

- We respond within 3 business days
- Options: replacement of same item, swap for equal value, or full refund

The product I want is sold out. What now?
Many products restock within 7-30 days. On sold-out product pages, click "Notify me when available" and we add you to a priority list.
Do you offer customization (name and number)?
Depends on the collection. Products with customization show the field on the product page. Production time adds 2-4 business days. Note: customized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (14-day return) but manufacturing warranty applies normally.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — on orders above certain thresholds (varies by country). The free shipping cupom auto-applies at checkout when the minimum is met.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive:
First tracking update can take up to 48h after shipment — this is normal.
What about customs and import duties?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the actual product value on the customs form — we cannot mark items as "gift" or undervalue them.
Check your country's customs policy before ordering. Many countries have low-value thresholds below which no duties apply.
